Our office will file insurance as a courtesy for our patients. In order to file the insurance, it is the responsibility of the patient to supply the office with their current insurance information. It is important for patients to realize that our office does not determine what benefits you have with your insurance company, how insurance handles your claims, or what insurance pays towards your claims. We estimate your co-pays to the best of our ability at the time of your appointments and any balance not paid by the insurance company is the responsibility of the patient.

Dr. Kokel is a participating provider for United Healthcare and Delta Dental Premier. The office always files as a courtesy for our patients. Your public relations person at work will help you determine whether your specific insurance allows you to go out of network. Many insurance companies do offer this option.
